## Job Description
This position executes most retail and commercial interactions, including account openings, problem resolution and customer referral of more sophisticated product needs. The incumbent is skilled in uncovering needs and competently guiding customers to the correct products while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience and fostering relationship building.
## Job Requirements
Performs account transactions, provides information and is skilled in handling most customer inquiries and situations. Opens new checking, savings, time deposit and investment accounts for new and existing customers. Employs needs assessment techniques and identifies additional product service matches in response to customer inquiries. Responds accurately to customer inquiries for information and provides effective problem resolution as needed. Enhances the customer experience and relationship through proactive activities employing various outreach methods including E-mail, telephone and mail. Utilizes advanced branch technology and systems effectively and efficiently. High School diploma or equivalency required. 2-3 years relevant work experience required. State Life Insurance License required.
